The Sydney Men's Network is a men's peer support network.

There is at least one open weekly men's group that a man new to men's work may join. Other groups may be closed or by invitation and meet for a period to develop safety and skills in a particular area before they end, to be restarted with men who are ready from the network.

The purpose of the network is the development of men's liberation which involves both personal change and the changing of the major social institutions in the direction of ending the practice of humans harming humans.

The active members of the Sydney Men's Network are building their own men's groups. At the middle of the network is a group of men developing peer counseling for men. The counselling model we use is based in Re-evaluation Counseling

Beginning with men but eventually including everyone we aim to build communities that nurture the innate ability to take initiative and responsibility from their ability to care.
